Working at a tech startup, I’ve worn many hats, including marketing manager, graphic designer, UI/UX designer, software tester, customer service specialist, sales representative, and many more.
My two main focuses are on marketing and software testing.
Jenny’s creatives
I have always had an interest in social media marketing and love the outdoors, health, and wellness. I’ve fostered partnerships with many companies to create videos and images for their own social medias and websites.
My work
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTHENTIC ART
This art is AI - generated!
Working with a interdisciplinary group of students at the University of Calgary, we created an innovative project. We embarked on an experiment to challenge the boundaries between human and AI-generated art.
With no background in art, the team conducted extensive research on various art interpretation theories. Utilizing AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT, we created artworks that mimicked human creativity, experimenting with different prompting techniques to refine the AI's output.
Additionally, we built two GPT’s to write the art descriptions and the artist biographies.
These pieces were then presented as the work of human artists, challenging viewers to discern the origin of creativity. The project effectively fooled everyone who viewed it, sparking debates on the role of AI in art and creativity.
During a block week course, an interdisciplinary group of students at the University of Calgary created game prototypes. With only 5 days to work on the game, our team worked under immense pressure.
My group consisted of a Kinesiology student, Economics student, Drama student, and health sciences student. With no background in coding, the team utilized Youtube tutorials and Generative AI to have a functional game prototype.
We were inspired by a game we all played when we were younger - Mario Bros. We created a platformer called “Tiny Trek” that captures a nostagic feel.

about me
HI, I’m JENN
Calgary, AB, Canada (MDT)
I am a fourth year Economics student, who has been lucky enough to be in the first cohort of students learning to utilize Generative AI from researchers, academics, and industry professionals.
With over 4 years of experience in marketing (B2B & B2C), design, and tech, I am able to find intersectional solutions and meaningfully collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
My approach to work, especially with AI, is to keep an open mind and recognize there is always more to learn.
My portfolio is ever-evolving and may change weekly, as new techniques and processes are developed.
